The purpose of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association is to serve as a governing body for apartment owners, management companies, supplier members and others related to the Nevada Apartment industry.

As a trade association, NNAA is dedicated to promoting professionalism in the apartment industry, selecting for membership those who perpetuate integrity in a field devoted to quality living for apartment residents. members of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association abide by a Code of Ethics which promises to provide residents living in a member apartment community a quality home, serviced by professionals with a high standard of performance. The Code requires professionalism regarding all other rental obligations and services in the operation of apartment living. Dedicated to the philosophy of providing service to the rental housing industry and to the residents that make up our community population, the Northern Nevada Apartment Association is proud to be a leader in furthering the level of professionalism in apartment management and maintenance with its services and programs.
